Last updated: 22 October 2026. Outfiy is designed to show product recommendations without personal data. This notice explains what is processed for stores that add Outfiy and for their visitors. It is not legal advice.

Store visitors

Outfiy processes product information visible on the site (to build the catalog without a feed), aggregate counters of widget impressions, clicks, add-to-carts and purchases (to measure impact against a control group), time-decayed popularity counters per product, a clipped and noised learning signal (about 160 numbers) and a daily-salted hash of the IP address for abuse protection and rate limiting. Raw IP addresses are never stored.

Not processed: cookies, user ids, names, emails, addresses, order contents. Events carry no persistent or session identifier, and which products a visitor saw or clicked never leaves the browser for learning.

On the device: a random anonymous id for the experiment group (localStorage), in-session interest and click attribution (sessionStorage) and the store’s product list (IndexedDB).

Choices: Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track are honoured automatically: recommendations still show, but nothing is sent. Outfiy.optOut() makes this permanent.

Store owners

When an access code is redeemed we store the store’s address and an email address, used only for service communication and never shared. The dashboard key is stored only as a hash.

Retention and infrastructure

Unseen products are deleted after 14 days and rate-limit records after 24 hours; the last 50 model versions are kept; aggregate statistics are kept until the store account is deleted. The service runs on Cloudflare Workers and Durable Objects. Questions and deletion requests: hello@outfiy.com.

İşlenmeyenler: çerez, kullanıcı kimliği, ad, e-posta, adres, sipariş içeriği ve ham IP adresi. Olaylar kalıcı ya da oturum kimliği taşımaz. Ziyaretçinin hangi ürünleri gördüğü veya tıkladığı öğrenme amacıyla tarayıcıdan çıkmaz.

Cihazda saklananlar: deney grubu ataması için rastgele anonim bir kimlik (localStorage), oturum içi ilgi ve tıklama bilgisi (sessionStorage) ve mağazanın ürün listesi (IndexedDB).

Tercihler: Global Privacy Control ve Do Not Track sinyalleri otomatik olarak tanınır; bu durumda öneriler gösterilir ama hiçbir veri gönderilmez. Outfiy.optOut() aynı etkiyi kalıcı hale getirir.

Mağaza sahipleri

Erişim kodu kullanılırken mağaza adresi ve e-posta adresi alınır. E-posta yalnızca hizmetle ilgili iletişim için saklanır ve üçüncü kişilerle paylaşılmaz. Panel bağlantısındaki erişim anahtarı yalnızca özet (hash) olarak saklanır.

Saklama ve altyapı

• Görülmeyen ürünler 14 gün sonra silinir; hız sınırı kayıtları 24 saat sonra silinir.
• Model geçmişinin son 50 sürümü tutulur; toplu istatistikler mağaza hesabı silinene kadar saklanır.
• Hizmet Cloudflare Workers ve Durable Objects üzerinde çalışır.

Outfiy tratta le informazioni sui prodotti visibili sul sito (per costruire il catalogo senza feed), contatori aggregati di visualizzazioni dei widget, clic, aggiunte al carrello e acquisti (per misurare l’impatto rispetto a un gruppo di controllo), contatori di popolarità per prodotto che decadono nel tempo, un segnale di apprendimento limitato e protetto da rumore (circa 160 numeri) e un hash dell’indirizzo IP con sale giornaliero per la protezione dagli abusi e la limitazione delle richieste. Gli indirizzi IP non vengono mai salvati.

Non trattati: cookie, identificativi utente, nomi, email, indirizzi, contenuto degli ordini. Gli eventi non contengono identificativi persistenti o di sessione e i prodotti visti o cliccati da un visitatore non lasciano mai il browser per l’apprendimento.

Sul dispositivo: un identificativo anonimo casuale per il gruppo dell’esperimento (localStorage), l’interesse e l’attribuzione dei clic nella sessione (sessionStorage) e l’elenco dei prodotti del negozio (IndexedDB).

Scelte: Global Privacy Control e Do Not Track vengono rispettati automaticamente: le raccomandazioni restano visibili, ma non viene inviato nulla. Outfiy.optOut() rende questa scelta permanente.

Titolari dei negozi

Quando viene usato un codice di accesso conserviamo l’indirizzo del negozio e un indirizzo email, usato solo per comunicazioni sul servizio e mai condiviso. La chiave della dashboard viene conservata solo come hash.

Conservazione e infrastruttura

I prodotti non più visti vengono eliminati dopo 14 giorni e i dati di limitazione delle richieste dopo 24 ore; vengono conservate le ultime 50 versioni del modello; le statistiche aggregate restano fino all’eliminazione dell’account del negozio.
